Error with searching flights in certain cities

When I search for flights departing from Boston or Providence, I receive the error "we encountered an issue preventing us from completing your request" However, when I search for flights departing from other cities, the search goes through just fine. Has anyone else encountered this issue? I've searched and booked flights from these cities in the past, but it has suddenly stopped working for the past couple of weeks.

@Hanselt have you tried speaking with your company's travel agency to see if they might be to pinpoint the issue?

It was a problem with the travel agency. Not concur.
