Hotel Booking Error

I need to add an extra night to an existing hotel reservation.  I tried to add to my itinerary, but got an error message.  I tried to book as a separate reservation, but got the same error message.  I have booked hotels several times with no issues.  This is the error message:

@JFultz in case you are still getting this error. 

You must either sign up with the hotel chain (sign up for their reward program) or if you have, make sure the number is entered on their SAP Concur profile. User can also choose a different room rate.
