I am unable to book a hotel through Concur. It shows that I need to update my profile to fill in required fields, but I already did and there is no more required fields that I need to update.
I was able to book a flight but having trouble with the hotel.
@djhhan I believe someone had a similar issue. The resolution was to go to your profile and either enter your passport details or tick the box that states you do not have a passport, then save your profile. Give that a try and let me know what happens.
