Help with finding QR code on Concur

I initially set up concur on my phone for my corporate account. Now, I have a new phone and I need to find the QR CODE again to scan it for my two factor authenticator for microsoft. Can you tell me where to find it?

Two Options:

* Yoursefl: Page 17, Section 5: User-initiated Reset for 2FA

* Your Concur Administrator could do it: Page 20, Section 6: Administrator Reset for 2FA
