Help With Travel Frequent-Traveler Profile

I am having difficulty with Car Rentals because there is an error in my HERTZ car rental profile.  My name doesnt match the name in my Concur Travel Profile (which is my legal name).  I have tried diligently though Hertz rental location with no luck and by emailing the link for name change.  It has been almost 2 months since the email and you can not get anyone on a phone for assistance.  Could you possibly help with getting name change with Hertz to match my profile.  My last option is to create an entire new profile with Hertz but that is not my preference.  Thanks

@JPRA unfortunately we do not have the capability of troubleshooting frequent traveler profiles with Hertz or any other car rental vendor. For quickest results, sounds like creating a new profile would be the best option.
