Having issues reserving seats on flights booked through Concur.

 

When booking, seats are selected  but after it's ticketed  seat assignment gets eliminated. Then I have to go to Airline website directly to pick seats and have to pay additional for the seats I choose.

@mvazquez Sounds like the selected seats were premium seats. So, although they show as available, the extra fee is likely what is causing the issue. 

 

Were the seats showing as Premium seats at the time of booking?

@KevinD I had this exact same issue with seats that were not Premium.

Plus, there are other users reporting similar issues (where you have posted answers), where there seems to be nothing wrong or confusing on the side of the users. It seems that the combo Concur/airline simply does not honor or keep the selection set.
