@Mwoodward1 I'm not sure on what you mean by "airline user number". Are you referring to your frequent flyer number? Is the person booking your flight booking it using Concur Travel? If so, you can add your frequent flyer numbers to your Concur Travel profile so that whenever you choose one of those airlines (or your personnel does for you) it will apply the frequent flyer number to the reservation automatically.
