Concur High Flight Cost - Irish Employees Booking Aer Lingus

Is anyone having issues booking Aer Lingus in Concur and receiving very high rates? The employee is based in Ireland. Ireland based employees are getting higher than normal rates book Aer Lingus through Concur. 1,200 Euros more. Anyone else having this issue?

@lisaarcher Yes, There was so much noise we had to return to legacy last week.  😞  We think it has something to do with Travelfusion but we are still troubleshooting.  If you find out how to solve please share.
