Error when buying the flight ticket

Hello, I have an error during buying the flight ticket, please see the attached screenshot - it says that my name contain diacritics, however I deleted them so my name doesnt contain it

@mmiskova did you delete the special characters then start over? Are you sure the deletion of the special characters was saved?

Hi Kevin, yes, the deletion of the special characters was saved yesterday. I tried it again today and it is still not possible to process it, I have the same error message.
