Error - booking travel online

I'm trying to book a flight online and the system brings me the error below:

Sorry, we are unable to complete your booking

Unknown error from the reservation system.

How could I proceed?

Hi Luis,

Please open a support ticket and provide the Login ID, dates of travel, cities, and approximate date/time you were trying to complete the booking in order to determine the issue.

@Luis_Estrada if you have an immediate need to book travel, call your company's travel agency. They will be able to get you booked.
