Concur system error message when booking a flight/hotel

Hi, I'm writing to request an urgent assistance with a Concur booking system error that I'm currently facing. I've attached a screenshot for your reference.

I'm trying to book a flight/hotel for my trip, but I'm consistently encountering an error message. I've already tried troubleshooting steps like restarting my laptop and adjusting my search criteria, but the issue persists.

 

I would be extremely grateful if someone could please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

@je1077 if this is still occurring then I would recommend calling your company's travel agency to get the booking completed. Then reach out to whomever at your company is your travel administrator. There might be some contact information in the Company Notes section of the SAP Concur home page.

@je1077 if this is still occurring then I would recommend calling your company's travel agency to get the booking completed. Then reach out to whomever at your company is your travel administrator. There might be some contact information in the Company Notes section of the SAP Concur home page.

I've already reached out to the travel agency's support team, and they were able to resolve the issue.

Kevin: we see this often and from what I’ve experienced and learned, Concur cannot tell the end user what the error applies to because this message is hardcoded and is triggered and applies to 18 or more possible reasons for the trigger. That said, Concur has not found a work around for letting the end user k own what caused the problem. Kevin you/Concur should be able to provide that list of reasons that trigger this error message.  I would like to see Concur make more of an effort to fix this problem rather than respecting to the TMC for resolution. It’s clearly a problem w how Concur had hard coded but not offered solution at the time of booking.  Until Concur can recode, this problem lives on.
