Concur Travel in Brazil?

We have been live in Brazil for almost a year and the local TMC (our global TMC) says that they should continue to use Gover for their local in country travel as Concur doesn't show the local content. Then they end up "passively" entering the segments in SABRE so they can be read into Concur. They use Concur for the Intl Flights. Has anyone had any similar push back with using Concur Travel in Brazil?

This is a great question, thanks for posting!

We do supply content for all local airlines in the OBT. Concur Travel sources this content via the GDS and Travelfusion.  The local air carriers not in the GDS (GOL, AZUL) can be booked, but cannot be placed ‘on hold’ in Concur Travel. Placing GOL and AZUL bookings on hold is a common requirement for many clients in the Brazilian market. We need to determine if your pre-approval policy in Brazil requires on-hold or not. If on-hold is not required, then SAP Concur should meet your needs.
