Concur stated in the April 2018 release that a 3rd column is being added to show if carry-on bags is allowed. While this is a great idea the information does not appear to be very accurate. The information needs to be more clear in advising that carry-on means allowed in the overhead bin or only under the seat in front of you. As some Basic Economy Fares do not allow the use of the overhead bin and this could be misleading.
