Concur Request - Approval

Would like to get some feedback on Concur Request and if you're using this as Book to Approve or Approve to Book?  We've looked at both options, however trying to get feedback on how other organisations are managing the off-line travel requests?  Are you using integration to your TMC or is this simply a stand alone approval tool.

We use Request as a stand alone approval tool, as we use it for travel pre-approvals and expense pre-approvals.

How is this working for you?  We are looking at implementing it because our agency does not want to implement "Compleat" in the background for the integration of Concur approvals.  This is the only work around we can think of.

We liked it, but users were confused about the submission of requests - thinking they were submitting expense reports - I think it is all about the configuration in the beginning, and then user training (I joined after the roll-out).

Hi offline bookings do not automatically flow into expenses and end users have to manually enter them again. This is a never ending issue with Concur.
