Cannot change name

I went to change my name, the  middle name is incorrect, and it is greyed out. How can I accomplish this? Also the flights were already booked with the wrong name, how is that updated?

@drobnymas name changes will need to be done by whomever is your company's SAP Concur site administrator. I recommend logging in to SAP Concur and looking in the Company Notes section found on the home screen. A lot of companies put contact information or links for users to get help. Give that a look and let me know if your company did not provide any contact information or help links.

Thanks for getting back to me, I went to the home page and can't find a company notes section. Any further advice on where to find that information?
