Cancelling reservations in Concur

The last several times I've tried to cancel hotel reservations in the online and app. version I have gotten the response below.  What is wrong?

We have encountered an internal error and are unable to complete this request. Please contact your company administrator to report this error, and contact your travel agency if you need immediate assistance with this reservation.

There are alot of moving parts when Concur is trying to connect to the booking systems. If this is a regular GDS hotel booking, then definitely talk with the travel agency. If it's HRS or some other aggregator you may want to open a ticket. Concur is just the facilitator for booking, but once booked the other core systems/people take things over and do things that inhibit your ability to do anything. It's a bummer but sometimes it's there to protect you too from doing something you really didn't want to do.
