Cancel a flight one way and change to a return train

I have been attempting to change my round trip flight all morning and instead, book a return train.

Is this possible? 

I have a round trip flight booked. Essentially I want to cancel the return portion and then book a return train instead.

@akarp you cancel the return, but this would need to either be done by going through your travel agency or calling the airline directly. Concur Travel doesn't allow for canceling one leg of a roundtrip.
