error message when changing flight

HI All

i have been trying to make simple change to flight scheduled for week from today, but every time i click on 'get price', it gives me an error message below. Anyone else also getting this? thanks, Eric

@erouya I've not seen this before, so I would recommend calling your travel agency to help with the change.
