Booking flight for 2 people

I need to book a flight and include a 2nd person. How it can be done. I couldn`t find any ways to add a 2nd person to the same flight, same trip.

@gussamulewski SAP Concur Travel is an individual booking tool and doesn't allow for booking multiple travelers at once. Also, you can only book on behalf of someone else if your company has activated the Guest Booking option. Even if this is the case, you would still book each traveler separately.
