to help you here it would be a bit complicated, as it can defer also from your Company's  travel settings.

Here we don't have access to Company's systems and users settings apart some employees working directy for SAP Concur.

Did you try to reach before your company Travel Team?

@SOPIESOMBO I think the first thing we need to know is do you have access to the Travel booking tool in Concur? Also, from the Concur home page, if you look in the upper right-hand corner, there is a Help option. If you mouse over this, you will see an option for Travel Help. You can find resources there to help you. Another option is to go here: https://www.concurtraining.com/toolkit/en/travel/end-user
