Till today no solution provided it, tomorrow I will have a call with my travel support team to solve the issue, but apparently they cannot see reflected my profike details. We can see different information, from my side everything its Ok and completed however they see my profile as incomplete....

My hotel booking still as pending.

@Carla_Opella what was determined from the call you had with your Travel Support team?
