Amex SafeKay

today I tried to book a flight with sap concur using

 my amex corporate card but I was unsuccessful because Amex sends me a SafeKay to finalize the transaction and it is not

possible to insert it in the concur form do you have a solution?

@ocalamari I've been at SAP Concur over 14 years and have never come across this SafeKey issue. I would either call AMEX to see if this can be changed or speak to your company's card administrator. I believe your company has some contact details for help in the Company Notes section of the SAP Concur home screen.
