Air booking was canceled by airline

While booking my itenary the airline declined confirmation by the end of the submission. Now I can see I was charged and teh pop up said contact your travel agent. But who is the travel agent while booking via concur??

@shanuavij log in to SAP Concur. On the home screen you will see a Company Notes section. You should find your Travel Agency's contact information in there.
