Adding credit card to profile

There is no "Add credit card" button in the credit card portion of my profile.

Are you talking here about the Concur admin profile or employee profile?

Hello there,

There is a company setting that can be toggled on/off in alignment with your company policy on whether users should be allowed to add their own credit cards to their profile. Sometimes all travel is centrally paid and therefore travellers should not be allowed to add a card. 

You should reach out to the person who owns the travel programme at your organisation on why you are restricted from adding a credit card.
