Are you still have the same issue now?
If so, take screenshot and time of the issues and depending on your settings, you may open a ticket in concur support under Travel related topic. They will check the history of the booking and errors/bugs it might be.
Most likely was a provisional error given by the travel booking tool due to the hotel provisionally not link to the tool reservation. But please re-verify.
