ADP Export data to Concur

Hi,

We currently have an API connector in place between ADP and Concur to facilitate data sharing between these applications. Specifically, employee profiles in ADP are intended to be seamlessly shared with Concur for the purpose of setting up Concur profiles.

Currently all the profiles of regular employees are successfully transmitted, while contractor profiles do not undergo the intended transfer. We are looking to avoid creating Concur profiles for all contractors, just for specific ones.

However we have two contractors profiles that do have Concur profiles. I don’t believe we have added them to Concur manually, so we also need to figure out why those two profiles go through the data transfer and others don’t.

To address the issue efficiently, we need  2 things: 1. we need clarification on the specific parameter that distinguishes between employee and contractor profiles in the data exchange process. Understanding this distinction will help us find and solve the issue effectively. 2. Do we also use an Concur employee import file for this and where can I find it?  Thank you.
