"Trip search" tab missing

Hi, I am a UCSB employee and I am a new user. I am trying to rent a car, but I do not see the “Trip Search” tab. How can I check whether I have travel permission, and how can I resolve this issue if I do? Thank you.

Possible causes:

Step Action:

  1. Check if you have Travel Tab permissions: Contact the administrator to assign you Travel/Trip Search.
  2. Look in Company Notes for the Concur admin contact and request help to update permissions.
  3. If you previously had access and now you don’t, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser.

@francesca1 not having the Trip Search tab does mean you don't have Travel permissions. Now, if you previously saw the Trip Search tab and now you don't, then there is some other issue happening.
