Warning: Unfinished Trip

Hello,

I have re-booked a flight for my colleague, which should have been tomorrow (Dec 19th) and now will take place on Jan 7th. The rebooking was done by the travel agency and the new flight details appear updated in his user profile. Then I added the hotel (HRS SWP), which was also confirmed.

 

Now I get an Email where it tells me that the trip will be cancelled if I dont finish the booking - but there is nothing to be finished. Everything is confirmed. 

 

Anybody have this problem before ?

@AClement when you added the hotel, did you add it by going into the flight reservation or did you just do a separate booking for the hotel?

 

Also, you could call the travel agency about the email you received. I don't think the trip will get canceled, but I would check with the travel agency.
