If “Supplier Travel” is missing from the SAP Concur Travel dropdown when booking, check the below.

Check:

1.  Dropdown Configuration: Verify that “Supplier Travel” exists and is active in the configured list.
2.  Permissions: Confirm the value is available to your traveler group.
3.  Traveler Group: Confirm the option is available to the employee without restrictions
4.  Profile Synchronization: Verify that the employee's travel profile and assigned configuration are current.
5.  Dependencies: Verify whether the dropdown values depend on another field or trip type.
6.  New Travel Experience: Determine whether the option appears in the legacy interface but not the new booking interface.
7.  Test: Sign out, sign back in, and check whether the option appears.
8.  Escalate: If correctly configured but still missing, contact SAP Concur Support.

Administrator Navigation: The exact Configuration Path depends on whether Reason for Travel is a:

1.  Custom Field

2.  Configured List or

3.  Part of a Booking Workflow.

“Supplier Travel” is not a standard Concur value.

It may be a Company-Specific value that requires Configuration or Activation.
