"All Vendors" with Car Rentals not functioning

While working to procure a mini-van for a group of employees traveling, I have discovered that the All Vendors search metric is not working in Concur Travel. Per my TMC, Concur suggested that if was getting the results from the preferred vendor to check the next major vendors each individually until they get all vendors working.

This is very time consuming and I can tell you that my people will not jump thru those hoops when they can simply go directly to their personally preferred vendor to get what they need. These employees will also use this as a reason to not use Concur Travel as it "doesn't work".

Can anyone provide an update/status of this issue?

@myallaly could you get someone to do a car booking and have them take screenshots of what they are seeing or not seeing? I'd like to see how they are doing the search. I'm sure when I pass this on the Travel team, they are going to ask for specific details on what steps the user was taking, so if they could take screenshots along the way, that would help the Travel team try and recreate the issue.

To clarify, were the travelers keeping the preferred vendors checked or did they uncheck the preferred vendors and only have the Any Vendor box checked?

Understand that I also reached out to my TMC and they also got the same results.
