Trying to book a hotel not shown in Concur

I'm travelling to visit a vendor overseas and they have recommendations for one specific hotel for ease of transportation arrangements and etc. However, this hotel doesn't show up in Concur. How do I go about doing this?

@chanapolp I suggest calling your travel agency and see if they can get it booked. If it isn't showing in Concur, it is likely due to your company's travel rules preventing it from showing or this specific hotel isn't listed in the Global Distribution System your travel agency uses.
