inconvenient flight recommendations, and Incorrect Hotel availability after recent website update

Hi,

After the Concur travel website was updated recently, 

I've been trying to schedule trips that I've had recently, 

however Concur now recommends different airports that are farther away from my home and destinations.

The website update has also affected the Lodging availability, and saying rooms in the places I've been staying,

are not available, when I have spoken to the manager, and been told that there is, in fact availability.

I've had to call CI Azumano to get them to schedule the Hotel, and now Today I'm going to call them to schedule the flight

as well, making the New Concur Updated website useless

Hi @ElevatorGuy , thank you for reaching out here in the Community and I'm sorry to hear you're having so much trouble with the booking process. I recommend reaching out to your local Concur Admin, or if you don't know who that is, your direct manger. It's possible that your company made updates to your travel booking policy/rules or they need to make some adjustments since moving to new Concur Travel.
