booking southwest

I know southwest has multiple non-stop flights from to Chicago from my city, however, southwest is not a choice when I try to book in concur. Other cities occasionally have southwest as a choice. Can you tell me how to book southwest since it is the easiest and fastest flight from here? Why is it so difficult to book Southwest through concur? I can book directly with them if needed but I do try to stay within my company policy.

@kellyjm4 usually when flights are not showing it is due to some travel rule put in place. I cannot say for sure this is what is happening since I haven't see your company's travel rules. 

Have you tried calling your company's travel agency to ask them about it? They might be able to provide some insight.
