Booked Flight on Southwest does not have seat information

I booked a return flight from San Jose to Austin with Southwest and seating information is not included and when attempting to select a seat, all seats show unavailable.

When assigned seating is not displayed, this means that all standard seating has been assigned but are still guaranteed a seat but will be assigned at the time of the flight. If seating selection is desired, upgrade fees are required. Once the upgrade fee is paid, seating selection of available seats are made available.
