If this is your first time using Concur Travel, I recommend starting with these three steps:
Review your travel profile and make sure that your personal details, contact information, and travel preferences are complete and up to date. Missing profile information may prevent a reservation from being completed.

Review your company's travel policy to understand any restrictions, preferred suppliers, and approval requirements before making a reservation.
From the Concur home page, use the Travel option or the Travel Wizard to search for flights, hotels, and rental cars. Enter your destinations and travel dates, then follow the guided booking process.

For example, to book a flight, go to the home page, enter your departure and destination locations, select your travel dates, click Search, choose your preferred flight, and complete the booking ...
If your company uses an approval process, your trip may need to be approved before the ticket is issued.
In addition, I recommend checking whether your company has internal guides or procedures available, as many organizations customize their Concur configuration.

@AABearnod1991 what @cjmarimo provided is a great starting point. Think of Concur Travel as any other booking site, but with a slightly different look. It isn't all that different from booking a flight, hotel or car rental directly with Airlines, Hotels and Car agencies. You enter in the dates of your trip, where you are traveling from, where you are traveling to and then the system does the rest. 🙂
