available airfare credit

I have available airfare credit with Southwest from a previously cancelled trip and want to know how to apply it to the travel I'm booking in Sap Concur. How do I make this happen? I intend to book my flights on Southwest.

@RMoran76 Southwest usually does things a bit differently than other airlines. To be safe, I would recommend calling your company's travel agency to do the booking and have them apply the credit. I think that is the most efficient way to ensure the credit is applied.
