We have a global Concur site that supports the North America, European, and APAC regions. We recently went live with T2 in NA for rental cars and hotels only. We are holding off on airfare as we are heavy Southwest users and need Concur to solve for access to direct fares as well as meetings etc. The purpose of my post today is to discuss a recent conversation I had with my travel agency in APAC and more specifically Australia. They have indicated that there are several issues related to changes in the market that are causing both travel agency and user booking issues. They have reached out to Concur, but it does not seem as though there is a roadmap to resolve these issues. Can anyone provide any insights on how your company is dealing with these topics? Also, does anyone know if Concur has published their roadmap to Amadeus compatibility with T2? Please see the issues below:
