Why is the seating information not available on American Airlines in the reservation portal?

For some reason you can't select a seat for the flight I'm trying to reserve, it shows a message that seat selection in not available from this page, Sorry we are unable to display a seatmap for this flight? on the Concur website, if I go direct to American Airlines and look up flights for the same days, the seats available can be seen. 

Any ideas to who I can contact?

@jforsyt1 this isn't an issue with Concur Travel. The ability to select seats in a booking tool is something that comes from the Airline/GDS. Some airlines don't allow seat selection for certain fares until after the purchase. That is one example of the rules airlines have in place that would prevent seat selection during the booking process.
