@candersonmcp from what I found, the new Concur Travel hasn't quite reached parity in multi-city bookings. So, to accommodate multi-city trips, we revert to the Legacy experience. I know we have plans for this in 2026, I'm just not sure on the timeframe. From what I read, the user will be able to select each leg independently. As of now, new Concur Travel only allows for multi-city bookings one one airline. No mixing and matching of airlines, brands or cabin mixes. That's why users get reverted to Legacy.
