Travel Policy Rule for Room Night

Greetings, with the new, updated Travel Experience - does anyone have a good Travel Policy Rule to put in the Travel Admin section so that it will require approval for any hotel that is booked where a room night during the stay is over the maximum allowed nightly rate for our company? It appears to be currently measuring against the average nightly rate and allowing hotels to be booked when the average is under but individual nights are over the limit - without approvals.
