@mosley technically, yes. However, you should read your company's policy on doing personal bookings in Concur Travel. Some companies allow it, others do not. Personally, I do not recommend it because it is easy to then have that booking be paid for on your corporate card (if you have one) and then you have to deal with getting that charge reconciled.
I suggest speaking to your manager to see if they know where you company policy is located and/or if they themselves know the policy.
