Unable to book a ticket on concur

I have filled the profiles and when tried for booking a flight. Iam gettting below error. Could you please help immediately to resolve it.

@sreejeshk did this ever clear up for you? I looked at your profile and it appears all required fields are filled out. 

If it still persists, call your company's travel agency to get the booking completed.
