Need to Change my Travel Approver

Hi, 

I have two colleagues who need to change their travel approvers since their manager who approves their travel is now different. They used to have a concur account and then since then changed to another position and their managers changed as well. They aren't able to update their approver as it is greyed out. Who can they reach out to make this change?
