Unable to Save Concur Travel Profile – "You must specify a valid email address in E-mail 1"

Hey team,

I am trying to complete my profile setup in Concur Travel tool, but whenever I click Save, I receive the following error:

"Your profile cannot be saved until you have corrected the issue(s) listed below. You must specify a valid email address in 'E-mail 1'."

The issue is that I have already entered a valid email address in the E-mail 1 field. I have tried:

• My work email address
• My personal email address
• Re-entering the email multiple times
• Saving after making other profile updates
  However, the same validation error continues to appear.
  
  

  A few colleagues mentioned that this field may be populated or managed automatically by the company's Concur configuration, which made me wonder whether there could be an issue with my profile provisioning or a hidden validation requirement.

  Has anyone encountered this error before? Are there any additional steps I should check, such as email verification status, profile permissions, or company-specific configuration settings? I need a resolution to this blocker on an urgent basis as I am not able to book my travel tickets.

@vaishnavi27 so, normally the screen you are looking at has an email address already showing. My thought is that you are correct about the profile provisioning being something your company manages. I'm going to send you a name of someone to contact. Check your private messages here on the Community.
