@angeliquerivera so I know what you have tried, did you move the time window sliders to increase the search window beyond 2pm?
If so and you still cannot book, then I would suggest calling your travel agency to get the bookings done if it is needed by EOD today.
I just did a test and put in my departure window as 3pm-7pm and my results only showed flights during that window.
