TravelFusion Carriers not showing in Concur Travel - April 2026

I saw a raised ticket by TMC to Concur Support regarding an ongoing issue with TravelFusion API and Eurowings right now hence its only showing GDS results for Eurowings. 

So I tried to other TravelFusion LCC's and noticed they stopped appearing too. I checked the company configurations and TF carriers are turned on, they are not included in exclusions and not restricted in travel policies. 

 

I checked known routes with RyanAir, Wizzair and Transvia but they really are not showing in any results. I checked this with 2 different client sites and multiple configurations. Is there an ongoing issue with TravelFusion right now that is causing restriction of TF carriers showing? Or is there a new setting I need to update? Is anybody experiencing this as well?

All Travel Fusion carriers are now showing again in Concur.

@ffullero Hello there. I see your company is a certified Concur Partner, correct?

 

Have you submitted this issue through our partner support portal yet? We have a dedicated Partner Support team that should be handling all Partner inquires. I would recommend submitting your ticket to that team so you can get specialized help.
