Trip Pricing Simulator

We are looking at providing our organization with a Business Trip Pricing Simulator that allows employees to get price estimates for their trip or to estimate the cost for a meeting with multiple travelers.  Are there ways in SAP Concur to do this?

@MICHAELPARSONS as for trips, users can carry out a search and see the prices for Air, Car and Hotel. I would suggest they do each search separately. Users can carry out a search without having to do the actual booking. 

Also, our Travel Request service allows for getting trip estimates as well. 

As for the Meeting part of your post, I am not sure how someone would go about that in SAP Concur.

@KevinD - Is Travel Request the same as Concur Request?  If it is - I need to learn more about this?  I always thought Concur Request is just for approvals of Travel.  Are you saying it can be used as a trip estimator with no approval needed?

@MICHAELPARSONS it is the same as Concur Request. We added an AI component to it to estimate trip totals. The idea of Concur Request is to get pre-travel approval. Meaning, users would need to estimate their trip then send  it to their managers for approval which tells the user to go ahead and do the actual booking. While it can be used to estimate a trip total before it would be sent for approval, purchasing Concur Request just to get trip estimates might not be the best use of funds since there are workarounds for getting an estimate on a trip.
