Looking to perform a VOC with our travelers.....does anyone have a good listing of questions that should be asked?

Yes, that is correct....looking for the booking experience for travelers (both thru the tool and thru the TMC). Thanks!

@rettep123 okay. I was asking more so for others who come across this post so they would be clear on what you are looking for.

BTW...if you are a site admin for SAP Concur at your company, you may consider requesting to join the Admin Group here on the Community and post there. You are more likely to get responses from that group.

You will need some sort of site admin permissions in your site to be admitted to that group.
