Travel booking filter automatically selected and stays from 5am - 2pm.

Now when booking flights I have to remember to change the time filter because now it defaults to flight times between 5am - 2pm. Is anyone else seeing this. I entered a ticket in Concur but they are stating it was "born" this way. Which my interpretation is; they made the change and that is the way it is.

What’s really happening

It’s not a bug. It’s how Concur now configures flight searches by default.

This has been the case since April 2026 (important change):

  • Before: the default filter was “Anytime”
  • Now: a company‑defined time range is automatically applied

In other words, the system automatically preselects a time window based on the corporate configuration.
