Hello! Our organization uses the request to travel format, so users have to have an approved travel request before they are permitted to book. However, with the travel wizard function available on the home screen, users are able to bypass the approval flow and just book directly through the travel wizard instead of an approved request. Do any other organizations use the request to travel set up and have a solution that prevents employees from just booking directly through the travel wizard without an approved request?

@ehudgins we do have the option of book then approve...what this does is has the user go through the booking process, but at the end of the process the system creates a travel request that then must be approved before the trip can be ticketed. I think this might alleviate the issue you are having and still give you the requirement of an approved request before the actual booking confirmation. Just a thought. 🙂
